Description:

Seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive for this renowned Hotel Group.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience collaborating with the Marketing, Sales, and Catering teams to drive proactive sales activities for the Hotel.
  • Previous experience fostering strong working relationships with key global, national and local corporate clients.
  • Fantastic communication and service, with excellent representation of the brand across Insider Tours as well as relevant functions and events.
  • A sales-driven mindset aimed at maximising the Hotel’s reach by exploring all avenues for success.
  • Proven track record of driving and achieving sales goals and targets.

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for sourcing, securing, and maximising the Hotel’s total revenue. You will primarily target the MICE group market, focusing on acquiring and retaining business.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the role centres on proactive sales and generating leads group bookings to establish the hotels as market leaders in Brisbane. It directly impacts revenue and market share in various segments, including rooms, food and beverage, events, group bookings, spas, and other revenue streams, all aligned with brand standards.
