OUR CLIENT:
Our client are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.
The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the B2B subscription business. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets in a subscription-based business environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling value propositions and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business deals.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to inform strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Over 2 years expereince in a business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably in a subscription-based business.
- Strong understanding of subscription business models, pricing strategies, and revenue generation techniques (highly preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
