JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the target market.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and networking.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support business development efforts.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue targets.
- Track and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
