Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to expand our customer base, and achieving sales goals. You will forge strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions to meet their objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the development of new sales leads through a variety of channels, projects, and product developments and management.
  • Developing and executing plans to meet and exceed business unit growth plan.
  • Work cross functionally among various Business Units/Teams to support growth plan and achieving process optimization.
  • Identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Drive business case and market segment assessment.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential partners.
  • Plan and execution of networking events to attract and retain customers.
  • Maintaining and updating business development documentation.
  • Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals and product development.Support the team with other responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Strong sales aptitude with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
