Description:

OBJECTIVE:

Business Development Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services through client visits, email, and cold calling.

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the digital marketing industry is a must.
  • Experience in the UAE market is a must.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms to effectively communicate the agency’s technological capabilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, social media management, content creation, and online advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling proposals and deliver engaging presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the organization.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective business strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation to expand the client base.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase the agency’s services and capabilities.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the agency through successful client acquisition and retention.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless communication and successful delivery of services to clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
