Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Due to growth Medserv currently have an opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team based out of Dublin. We are seeking a self-motivated, driven, and resilient Business Development Executive to develop and obtain maximum sales in accordance with established sales targets for his/her territorial responsibility, as defined by the Head of Growth. You will be a key part in driving growth for our Remote Practice Management service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase the company’s revenue and market share.
- Through a consultative approach, you will ascertain the consultant’s practice’s challenges and align those with our services
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to generating new leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging current connections and referrals to assist with new business development
- Manage your own sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to generate new business, increase client retention, and encourage referrals
- Collaborate with the operational teams to ensure that the company’s services continue to meet the needs of our clients and the market
- Attend conferences or networking events where necessary and work with our team to create and promote company ad campaigns, company brochures, social media communications etc
- Create and communicate an effective sales strategy that will continue the growth of company sales and report on territory performance at weekly meetings with the Head of Growth and other Business Development members
