REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in business or any relevant field
• Have the Hunter and Farmer attributes in you
• Confident & fearless mentality
• Have the business sense in you (Quickness in understanding & dealing with a business situation)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous, organized, and keen eye for details
• Knowledge of MS Office software
• Entry level are welcome to apply

• The candidate shall drive the entire sales process from leads generation to customer engagement, qualifying, consultation, closure and after sales
• Follow up with sales opportunities closely and close the deals effectively
• Network, build, maintain relationship with clients and prospects
• Resolve customers’ concern, and provide solution
• Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvement
• Develop and implement innovative ideas, fostering partnerships and outreach efforts for the company
• Apply your analytical skills in research and lead generation to support business development, proposal creation, and other growth initiatives
• Craft and distribute engaging marketing materials, insightful content across digital platforms, aligning with Swimwerks growth objectives. Stay ahead of industry trends to produce relevant content that drives audience engagement and brand awareness.
