We are a leading distribution Company within the Aesthetic and Medical industry , and we are expanding. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven individuals who are skilled in business development and accelerate in selling & product presentation to join us.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth in Malaysia.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Cold calling, prospecting, forecasting, territory management, and customer management.
  • Participate in event/exhibition/trade show/webinar, online and offline activities.
  • Develop business strategies with customers to ensure their success.
  • Be responsible for planning and implementing strategies for elevating sales.
  • Sales delivery of products provided to the end users including product instalment, fitting, and usage.
  • Perform marketing research and customisation of corporate marketing collateral.
  • Successful track record in lead generation, sales and negotiation. Track and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present daily, monthly and quarterly sales reports in timely manner.
  • Report all knowledge and information regarding sales activities, customers gained and lost, competitive activities, results of marketing programs and etc to the Management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in related field (Medical/ Science/ Pharma/ Nursing)
  • Minimum of 3 years of in sales or business development roles in healthcare/Aesthetic industry, with a strong clinical background is a plus.
  • Business Development Skills: The ideal candidate should be capable of conquering new clinics & develop business plans with rising key accounts.
  • Scientific Knowledge: Candidates should possess a strong foundation in scientific knowledge, including understanding skin physio-pathologies, Aesthetic procedures, and the broader medical environment.
  • Strong communication skills and experience delivering Clinical presentations and demonstrations.
  • Exceptional sales skills and the ability to demonstrate product features using related medical terminology.
  • Demonstrable ability to work and adapt in fast-paced environment independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Hunter mentality and hunger for achieving targets.
  • Self-Starter and highly motivated.
  • Willing to travel for sales and marketing activities

Responsibilities:

THIS ROLE IS BASED IN MALAYSIA (KLANG VALLEY)

  • Ability to commute/relocate: KL - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Posses own vehicle.

OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE

  • This is a full-time position with extensive traveling covering Malaysia market . Familiarity selling to doctors, physician, and medical professional in private, group, and hospital settings is a plus.
  • Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.
  • Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing client.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets .
  • Conduct product demonstrations/ presentations to medical professionals and provide product expertise & training pre & post-sales.
