- Male or Female

- Understands the principles of franchise and retail business
- Able to plan and organize franchise operations
- Able to communicate effectively with external parties
- Skilled in negotiation and presentation to prospective franchisees
- Experienced in promotion and branding activities for franchises such as exhibitions
- Willing to be placed in the Head Office
