ABOUT THE JOB

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales/Business Development – Account Executive to join our team at Sanctus Solutions. In this hybrid role, your primary responsibility will be proactively pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and fostering relationships with potential customers. Additionally, there is a key component that involves elements of account management. Beyond these aspects, proficiency in project management is crucial for success in this role, aligning with the demands of both the position and our industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Project Management field.
  • Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Experience in a professional services company is beneficial.
  • Startup experience is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in sales/business development, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with project management processes, standards, frameworks, tools, and practices is essential.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with account management, demonstrating the ability to nurture and grow client relationships effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Sales – Business Development

  • Set sales targets and goals. Review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. Provide sales reports and updates to senior management.
  • Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to address their specific requirements.
  • Draft proposals or client solution documents as required.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth, and identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s services. Conduct presentations to potential clients, showcasing company value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Address any questions or objections and provide accurate and detailed information.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing, terms, and contract agreements. Close sales deals and ensure smooth transitions to the implementation or fulfillment teams. Follow up on proposals, quotes, and contracts to ensure timely execution.
  • Ensure effective use of sales management tools and CRM systems.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.

Account Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and handling any inquiries or concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts by providing additional marketing services or upselling new solutions. Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to update them on project progress and address any concerns or inquiries.
