We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to join AtkinsRéalis Power team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing offers and contributing to the growth and profitability of our power-related services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and projects within the power sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, industry associations, and strategic partners.
  • Support the development of proposals, presentations, and other materials to pitch company services and solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, finance, and legal, to develop tailored solutions and address client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business agreements.
  • Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline development, client meetings, and revenue forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our capabilities and expertise.
  • Stay updated on advancements in power technologies, market dynamics, and industry best practices to inform business development strategies.
