Responsibilities:
We currently have an opportunity for a motivated Business Development Manager – PEU/Custodial to join our team based in Oakleigh, Victoria.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager – CI/PEU, this role will be focused on building strong partnerships with our clients to help identify new business opportunities and grow market share through the sales of our custodial, keying and electronic products.
The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Achieving budgeted sales and gross margins through the provision of exceptional business development and planning
- Developing and managing working relationships with new and existing clients
- Developing and managing the PEU opportunities within this region
- Establishing and maintaining strategic business partnerships
- Monitoring competitor/customer activity and reporting market intelligence
- Using research data to qualify and generate leads
About You
With a background in successful sales, business development and/or key account manager experience, you will enter the role with a proven track record of achieving sales and growth goals.
You will bring:
- Solid experience in field sales
- The ability to implement and renew contract agreements as well as persuade and influence decision makers
- The ability to build new businesses and maintain existing customers
- Capacity to achieve successful product representation to existing and potential new clients
- Direct sales experience with professional end users and knowledge of high-end keying products
