JOB SUMMARY

Protomated, a Lagos-based no-code/low-code and business automation agency, is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of our agency.

  • Experience Length: 3 years

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven track record of successful business development in the technology or professional services industry
  • Strong understanding of no-code/low-code platforms and business automation solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving targets
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to commute to the Lagos office a few times a month (especially if you don’t have proper internet or electricity at home)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute effective sales strategies to identify and acquire new clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure revenue targets are met
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
