About the Role
As a Business Development Manager your purpose is to achieve sales targets by presenting and selling solutions to potential customers. You will prospect and qualify leads, establish relationships, and provide product demonstrations. Your focus will be on building and maintaining great customer relationships within the Banking and Payments sector, ensuring customer satisfaction, and expanding the company’s business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and closing deals
- Putting the customer first providing timely response and exceptional levels of service to all enquiries.
- Prioritising face to face engagement.
- Creating a high-quality pipeline and ensuring that all pipeline activity is accurately documented in the CRM system.
- understanding customer and prospects’ goals and objectives, overall business requirements, and to advise them on how LNRS can help.
- Partnering with stakeholder groups within the business to maintain a solid feedback loop with customers.
Requirements
- Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge/experience in the Fintech, Anti Money Laundering and Fraud space.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Be able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Develop an in depth understanding of LexisNexis Risk Solution products and solutions.
- Be proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
