BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our finance broker team located in Auckland. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business and will work for 30 hours per week with expected salary of $74,880 – $78,000.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share
• Cultivate, nurture, and expand a diverse network of business referral partners and clients, fostering lasting relationships that align with our revenue and credit quality goals.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of core products offered by financial institutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify up-to-date trends, opportunities, and challenges in the financial sector.
• Identify and target potential clients, establish strong relationships, and close deals.
• Continuously increase the number of active consumer and commercial lending referral partner relationships and the volume of loan applications.
• Collaborate with a Lending Advisor to monitor the progress of loan applications, maintaining proactive communication with clients and lenders to ensure satisfaction.
• Work with other parties to plan and run events and networking activities to help grow the consumer and commercial lending business.
