THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 10 years of experience in a sales role and proven experience in the development of a distribution network in a B2B environment.
- Speaks Dutch and English fluently. Knowledge of any other language could be a plus, especially French.
- Has experience in technical product selling, especially in construction or building materials industry within a B2B market.
- Has the ability to communicate with people from different levels, both internally and externally, with excellent listening, coaching and presentation skills.
- Is autonomous and flexible, and can plan their days and weeks efficiently. You are home-based and prepared to travel up to 50% of your time.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Business Development Manager will be responsible to spearhead our expansion efforts in Benelux, focusing on the indirect market segment. This role requires a dynamic professional with expertise in managing distribution networks, fostering partnerships, and executing comprehensive business development strategies to drive sales growth through indirect channels in the Benelux market. A major prospecting campaign will be needed to appoint new dealers and establish a network of loyal, successful dealers.
