Responsibilities:

PURPOSE OF ROLE

The main objective of this role is to develop is to secure and manage retail sector market located in Singapore, by introducing them to the full range of products Berger has to offer. The role ranges across a variety of activities, including strategic consultancy, new business development, existing account management.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Expansion of Channel, strategizing growth plan, tracking competition / market activities & achieving budgeted sales volume.
  • Review and improve the current sales processes that include product & pricing management, order execution, billing accuracy, sales dashboarding & analysis.
  • Monitor product category performance (Retail.) and support Head of Business Partnerships to implement action plans for sales growth and improvement.
  • Ensure sales coordination to ensure smooth operations of sales transactions across multi-channels such as B2C (online e Store), B2B, OTC (Over the Counter) and Corporate Sales channels.
  • Support Head of business partnerships in cross channels product and pricing management to facilitate sales activities.
  • Collaborate with other internal functions and act as a bridge between Sales and those functions to materialise new products or business development initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge and comprehension of the pricing strategies and approval guidelines.
