Description:

Bridge is currently seeking a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for establishing
strategic relationships and building on client business success to the organization. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience working in or catering to the Ad/MarTech industries in a sales and/or business development role.

DESIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of BD professional experience, working in or catering to the MarTech industry in a data sales and/or business development role
  • Solid understanding of mobile advertising, demographics, behavioral & contextual targeting & optimization strategies with an aptitude for emerging technology with major players in the digital landscape
  • Understand the marketing landscape and best practice approaches to analytics, advertising, marketing and audience targeting
  • Deep understanding of data and its digital use case
  • Understanding of data marketing ecosystem, specifically DMP, DSP and programmatic buying processes
  • Strong sales skills; demonstrated track record of consistently achieving revenue goals and closing net new business
  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to precise details
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

Responsibilities:

  • Driving revenue growth with existing partners and new business
  • Driving partnership performance, engaging with key partners and building the brand among exchange industry leaders
  • Managing pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity for maximum efficiency and visibility
  • Working with product, marketing, client success and executive management teams to bring market feedback back to drive improvements in the product, messaging and positioning
  • Maintaining high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross- functional teams, and business partners
  • Working with the rest of the team on building the different use cases on top of the existing ones
