MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree
  • 3+ years solar industry experience
  • Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Public company experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Salesforce, SmartSheets

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Self-motivated with proven ability to manage varies onboarding activities and schedule independently
  • Strong communication and presentations skills
  • Goal driven with attention to analytics, details and consistency

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Extended periods of time working at computer workstation

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes the market and identifies existing dominant and emerging businesses
  • Develops and maintains a list of targets through research, provided data and existing relationships
  • Guides dealer prospect on Sunnova value proposition, product, tools and processes
  • Works collaboratively with Onboarding Specialist team to guide prospect through due diligence requirements
  • Presents prospect for approval to Executive leadership team and negotiates agreement terms
  • Plans training launch and dealer ramp plan with stakeholders and supports new dealer performance for first 30 days with Account Management team
