• Manage and drive growth for the business throughout Australia with an East Coast focus
• Create opportunities for growth whilst maximising profitability and return on capital
• Seeking out new customers to achieve your yearly budgeted targets and goals
• Seeking the right fit to work with our small yet growing team
• Contract and negotiation skills
• Working with customers to develop an overall supply chain solution
• Ability to work in a high pace environment whilst prioritising daily tasks.
• Onboard new customers to the highest of standards and adopt best practice and company’s standards / policies.
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the business and customer organisations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Reporting to GM of Business development

ROLE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• Minimum 5 years sales and transport experience.
• Strong and collaborative person
