Description:

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the Catering and FM industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
  • Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, contracts, and partnerships
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential market shifts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, market conditions, and regulatory requirements

Experience Level:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the Catering and/or Facilities Management industries
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and business landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically, identify business opportunities, and drive results
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Experience in preparing and delivering business proposals, contracts, and presentations
  • Knowledge of market research, analysis, and business development strategies
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business goals
