Description:
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the Catering and FM industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
- Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, contracts, and partnerships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential market shifts
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on business development activities, market trends, and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry best practices, market conditions, and regulatory requirements
Experience Level:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the Catering and/or Facilities Management industries
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and business landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically, identify business opportunities, and drive results
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Experience in preparing and delivering business proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Knowledge of market research, analysis, and business development strategies
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business goals
