Responsibilities:

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to build the strategic plan to gain market share for the localised area. You will spend a large portion of your time utilising your business development skills to build long term connections with local community groups, stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities.
You will be responsible primarily for customer acquisition and having the ability to establish and maintain quality referral partner relationships. Prospecting and networking skills will be critical to ensure continued growth.
This position is located between our Community Banks across the Fleurieu Region. We have branches in Aldinga, Willunga, McLaren Vale, Victor Harbor and Goolwa. The role is permanent, full time. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
