MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are currently seeking a focused & experienced Business Development Manager to build new partnerships between COS and Australia’s largest Enterprise & Government entities.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager - Development, the Business Development Manager will focus on winning new business for their respective business segments and strategic business development solely within Australia’s largest 400 organisations. By developing relationships with key decision makers and acting as a trusted industry advisor, you will introduce and secure new business by successfully presenting solutions which best suits our customers’ needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Build and execute business development structure to achieve business objectives
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers and drive business outcomes
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to influence successful business acquisition
  • Work effectively with the account management team to ensure smooth transition and implementation
  • Presenting products and services to potential customers and partners.
  • Negotiating and closing deals to secure new business opportunities and partnership
  • Delivering compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our capability and offering.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current and valid driver’s licence
  • Proven track record of developing sales activity to meet established targets
  • Experience in prospecting and engaging with C-Suite buyers
  • The ability to develop, maintain & implement contract revenue streams and offer future strategy with a creative flair
  • Industry-specific certification or education on is desirable
  • High commercial acumen for contract B2B partnerships
  • The ability to inspire your team to achieve sales success
  • High degree of influential ability and collaboration with each segment and Head Office department to ensure active contribution to shared goal
