- Experience in contacting and seeking new business contacts/leads
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Experience researching and implementing targeted sales campaigns and communications.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience within a new business sales
- Self-motivator and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Full UK Driving Licence and own a vehicle.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a contact strategy with all key decision makers within FMCG and other business sectors, those companies who have a need for Field Marketing Services.
- Identifying innovative ways of targeting companies in new target sectors working with group companies including digital services
- Developing a strong network within the target companies
- Ensuring clear updates on the pipeline of new business are delivered to the Commercial Sales Director and other key stakeholders
- Working closely with the operational delivery team ensuring our client delivers a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Sourcing, researching and developing potential new clients via cold calling, email, networking events and targeted campaigns to attract and educate them about our clients and their service offerings
- Supporting the department with the delivery of key business pitched/tenders ensuring their delivery within the required timeframes
- Working closely with the Marketing function to deliver a strong customer attraction campaign
