DESCRIPTION DE POSTE

Sous la supervision directe et avec le soutien du directeur des opérations, le responsable du développement des affaires et des ventes devra travailler en étroite collaboration avec des associations et des organisations professionnelles externes, des associations professionnelles, des chambres de commerce, des conseils d’entreprise, des comptables, des fournisseurs de logiciels de comptabilité, entre autres, dans le but principal d’attirer les membres des entités susmentionnées pour qu’ils deviennent des membres actifs enregistrés du portail d’affaires Cubeler®. Le titulaire du poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le reste de l’équipe de gestion dans un effort coordonné pour attirer de nombreux nouveaux membres à rejoindre le Cubeler® Business Hub. En outre, le titulaire devra établir de nouvelles relations avec des fournisseurs de logiciels de comptabilité, des comptables, des associations d’entreprises, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the direct supervision and with the support of the Chief Operating Officer, the Business Development and Sales Manager will be expected to work closely with external Business Associations and Business Organizations, Professional Associations, Chambers of Commerce, Boards of Trade, Business Councils, Bookkeepers, Accounting Software Providers, among other, and with the main objective of attracting the members of the above entities, to become active registered members of the Cubeler® Business Hub. The incumbent will work closely with the rest of the management team in a coordinated effort to attract many new members to join the Cubeler® Business Hub. In addition, the incumbent will be expected to bring in and to establish new relationships with accounting software providers, bookkeepers, business associations, among other.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the business and professional associations, as well as other business partners that we currently have an established relationship with, and in order to entice the members (SMEs) of those organizations to join the Cubeler® Business Hub.
  • Coordinate, organize and deploy activities with business and professional associations and business partners, with the main objective of attracting a large number of the members (SMEs) of those associations to join the Cubeler® Business Hub.
  • Establish new strategic relationships with professional organizations, business organizations, accounting software providers, bookkeepers, etc.
  • Hands-on approach in getting access to the members (SMEs) of business and professional associations and have large numbers of those members join the Cubeler® Business Hub.
  • Constant communication with the associations and their members (SMEs).
  • Work closely with the marketing department to build high impact, creative, and highly effective campaigns that are successful at attracting new members (SMEs) to join the Cubeler® Business Hub. Work closely with marketing and other departments to ensure high member retention rates.
  • Bring in new relationships and partnerships through existing network of Business Organizations and Associations.
  • Establish relationships with business owner communities from across the country and convince their members to join the Cubeler® Business Hub.
  • Responsible for every aspect of partner management; identification, engagement, onboarding, more specifically the registration of SMEs to the Cubeler® Business Hub
  • Identify and sign new partnerships with Accounting Software Providers.
  • Work directly with all the existing and with new Accounting Software Providers and their respective client communities and generate SME registration to the Cubeler® Business Hub by gaining access to the clients found within the provider’s ecosystem.
  • Track SME registrations daily and modify strategies if, and when necessary, to ensure success.
  • Relentless approach to increasing membership numbers in the Cubeler® Business Hub.
