Description:

Noventiq - leading global solutions and services provider in digital transformation and cybersecurity, headquartered in London, looking for a quota-carrying Business Development Manager (multivendor direction) to join our team in the Philippines.
The role’s focus is to generate revenue on assigned territories and exceed quota targets.
We looking for a cybersecurity sales professional, able to educate and inspire local teams of account managers and solution sales to ensure that established business processes contribute to the fulfillment of strategic plans in terms of profitability, margin, and market position.

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of experience selling Information or Cyber Security Services/Solutions
A proven track record of success in target driven environment
Strong experience in pre-sales & consulting tasks.
Strong presentation skills.
Desirable: Established contacts network with the top customers in the region
Desirable: Experience working with Security POCs
Desirable: Security related Certifications

Responsibilities:

Meet your BDM quota targets
Deep knowledge of certain vendors’ product lists.
Be a trusted advisor to customers and Sales Managers on solutions in their area, participate in the presales stage, explaining to customers the value of the corresponding solution.
Obtain and maintain optimal partnership statuses with vendors in the region, to secure the best partnership conditions and preferences.
Control the fulfillment of vendor requirements in terms of compliance and improvement of partner status.
Negotiate and support the deal registration process in vendors’ CRM.
Collaborate in the commercial process carried out by the Account Managers, supporting with vendor’s technical support, POC process, deal registration, and sustainable order placement to ensure the fulfillment of strategic plans in terms of commercial configuration, return, margin, and market share position
Control and develop Renewal business process, ensure Upsell offered to the customer on time.
Develops sales scenarios for solutions.
Evaluate the sales plan for the solutions together with the Account Managers and Solution Sales, defining the scope of the proposals and following up on the sale until technical approval is granted and the sale is closed, according to the commercial plans.
Interact with distributors regarding the selection of a product/solution, price, availability, reserve, discounts, and special prices.
Support and develop joint marketing promotion programs with vendors.
Conduct training presentations and webinars on vendor solutions, sales tactics, and vendor partnership details.
