Description:
APhone is the first and currently the only Web3 decentralized cloud phone OS, powered by Aethir. APhone provides the same one-stop solutions as the Solana Saga Phone – full pre-installed dApp store, built-in crypto wallet, Web3-level security, phone-tied identity verification, dApp store-wide payments with our native token - but we are just a software available on ANY mobile device for only $50 per year. We look like an app on your home screen, but we’re actually an entire Web3 OS that hosts dozens of pre-installed dApps running smoothly on an Android, iPhone, or desktop. After launching on Solana mainnet on March 7th, we’ve already sold $3.3M in one-year subscriptions to our OS, with TGE planned for mid Q2.
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing team and help us onboard more dApps to the APhone store. This is a remote position, with a general location preference for the US, Europe, or East Asia.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: At least 5 years in business development or partnership roles, with a proven track record in closing dApp partnerships in the DePIN and DeFi sectors, specifically. Widespread existing relationships within these verticals is a must.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from reputable institution.
- Skills: Exceptional understanding of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and the decentralized finance ecosystem. Strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. Strong familiarity with managing and growing BD/CRM databases.
- Personality: A dynamic self-starter passionate about decentralization and innovation. Must be strong critical thinker and independent problem solver.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for networking, partnership development, and to stay connected with the global Web3 community.

Responsibilities:
- dApp Partner Onboarding: Leverage existing relationships and cultivate new ones with key players in the DePIN, DeFi, and broader Web3 ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for onboarding a minimum of 200 dApps to our store over your first year.
- Market and Competitive Insight: Conduct in-depth analysis of the Web3, DePIN, and DeFi landscapes to inform product strategy and identify untapped market opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure alignment between product development, marketing, and sales teams to maximize the impact of partnerships and integrations.
- Thought Leadership: Help represent APhone at industry events, conferences, and forums, sharing insights and promoting our vision for a decentralized digital future.
