About the role
My client is a growing digital marketing agency with a presence in more than 7 countries within the APAC region.
As part of their business foray into the Singapore market, they are looking for an experienced business development manager with relevant marketing agency background to be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Reporting to the APAC Head, your responsibilities will include the following

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Skills and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Min 2 years of Proven track record of success in business development with some background in a digital marketing agency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong stakeholder management and ability to work with people of all levels and across region
