As part of our tight-knit team you’ll play an integral role in helping to grow DIJGTAL North America across a number of agency services and disciplines. Finding the sweet spot between technology, media, products and creativity.

Responsibilities:

Over the first 6 months you will:

  • Represent DIJGTAL North America as Business Development Manager, driving revenue across our Marketing, Creative and Product divisions:
  • Build a considered and targeted plan to find, qualify, meet, pitch and close potential clients
  • Segment and profile your leads based on agency fit and pain points
  • Go hunt. You understand the power of activity and that early wins are key
  • Leverage your relationship building skills to build a strong, ongoing pipeline of leads, documenting all contact with a high level of detail in Hubspot
  • Draw data from hubspot to provide weekly reporting to key internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with experienced team members to learn the DIJGTAL DNA, and lean on their areas of expertise to secure client wins:
  • We are one team. Once you’ve validated client needs and understand their pain points, know which DIJGTAL leaders you need in the room for that first (and subsequent) meeting
  • Setup meetings in a speedy manner, time kills all deals
  • Provide concise meeting notes and create alignment within the organization, ensuring we have the highest chance of closing the leads
  • Support D/Marketing, a strategic business unit with strong potential to increase inbound leads to DIJGTAL, and get creative with other methods to broaden our reach:
  • Review all inbound leads daily, qualifying them before beginning the engagement process
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the relevant team members that will improve lead quality via D/Marketing
  • Work with the wider team to support your sales efforts by utilizing the full marketing funnel

Be a master of stakeholder management and communication, regularly checking in as you execute your plan, providing an update to stakeholders and changing your approach as often as needed

  • The digital space is always evolving, and so should your knowledge our disciplines which include, but are not limited to, Search, Social, Content, Performance, CRM, Product Design, Development, QA, Brand / Marketing Design
  • This is a visible role. Bring your professional, courteous and considerate manner to every client interaction
  • Collecting shared experience, feedback and case studies to create a sharper conversation
  • Build upon your personal brand and voice through platforms such as Linkedin, get recognized as a leader in the digital space
  • You have a test and learn mentality, constantly evolve your approach to improve response rates and effectiveness
  • Work collaboratively with all levels of staff across multiple regions. Opportunities and clients can be across multiple time zones, you are adaptable to these factors and are self managed
  • Having honest and confident conversations
