Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business expansion by generating new leads, implementing localised market growth strategies, and enhancing brand awareness. This role involves developing innovative approaches to fuel company growth, identifying market opportunities, and implementing strategies to maximise awareness and market share. The Business Development Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to drive sustainable growth and establish the organization as a market leader.

• An experienced, networked business development professional, their self-starter approach and positive attitude will allow them to thrive in a small growing business that helps global clients solve large scale, often ambiguous problems.
• The manager leverages outstanding interpersonal skills to develop a clear understanding of clients’ needs and foster strong relationships . This role prioritizes client satisfaction while focusing on generating new leads.
• With a diverse professional background they will be comfortable communicating the value proposition of a design business with a broad product and service offering.
• The manager will report into local principals whilst collaborating with other global business development personnel in the execution of global business development strategies.

EXPERIENCE :

• A qualification at degree level in a specific field, ie: business, architecture, communications (digital/graphic), exhibition or environmental design
• Design agency experience working on major corporate brands in retail, architecture, interior and exhibition design environments is preferable
• 3+ years sales experience and proven track record in a design consultant business preferred
• Strong network and ability to engage executive levels at regional and international companiesExperience managing essential marketing systems (CRM, image libraries, digital asset databases) - Knowledge of general design and consulting industry
• 
  Attractive Commision(Upto 4%) on top of the Base salary in addition to good benefits
