Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION
An opportunity has just become available and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Inspection) to join our team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will manage some of our of most significant accounts.
In your new role you will expect to be out and about visiting brokers and managing broker accounts – you’ll be dealing with a mixture of brokers and business will range from mid-corporate to some SME.
As a Business Development Manager in the team, you’ll be getting involved in wider duties around the branch and will have the opportunity to help shape and develop the future of the team.
- Leads the management of assigned key broker accounts for Allianz UK in the North East Market through excellent relationship management
- Plans, implements and delivers the development of broker relationships and strategic business plans for assigned accounts, consistently monitoring and managing performance against these plans and taking relevant actions to ensure delivery of required results
- Acts as the relationship lead (internally and externally) for assigned accounts to ensure Allianz achieves the maximum benefit from these relationships and also delivers on our client commitments
- Plays an active role in driving innovative business development initiatives with the Midlands region
- Ensures compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements
