QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of B2B new customer sales experience, preferably in Life Sciences.
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Pardot, Visitor Tracker, Salesforce preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in German (native level preferred), French, or other local languages is a significant advantage.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate and prioritize leads, contributing to account growth and new account acquisition.
  • Develop strategic outreach plans, including re-engaging dormant accounts and leveraging digital tools for lead generation.
  • Support the sales process, aiding Account Managers in meeting gross profit targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of USDM’s offerings, collaborating closely with marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate Pardot leads by reviewing all the data at the contact level (previous downloads, webinar registrations, and sales activity).
  • Develop Call Plan for all customer meetings, invite team members to contribute, and ensure that the Account Manager is engaged and driving the Call Plan going forward.
