Description:

JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and
expanding our business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying and developing
strategic partnerships, negotiating deals, and fostering relationships with game developers,
publishers, and other stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to increase the distribution of
our games portfolio and drive revenue growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming market landscape, including platforms, distribution channels, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for gaming.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for business meetings, conferences, and events.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research,
    networking, and outreach efforts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with game developers, publishers, and key
    industry players.
  3. Negotiate and close distribution agreements, licensing deals, and partnership
    contracts.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective strategies for game
    distribution and promotion.
  5. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify
    growth opportunities and optimize business strategies.
  6. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities,
    performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to
    promote our brand and forge new partnerships.
  8. Stay informed about emerging technologies, gaming trends, and industry
    developments to remain competitive in the market.
