Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in sales exhibitions to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales revenue for our exhibitions and events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales exhibitions, preferably in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to business development.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the exhibition industry, including market trends, competitor landscape, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
