Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Development: Build and manage the sales pipeline independently and strategically.
- Lead Follow-up: Qualify leads and follow up with timely, impactful communication.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop relationships with key decision-makers to expand client accounts.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with Product and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and contribute to product enhancements through market feedback.
- High Activity Level: Maintain proactive outreach, meetings, and follow-ups to generate new business.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and use tools and processes effectively.
- Winning New Clients: Close deals to meet growth, revenue, and sales goals.
- Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct QBRs to maintain customer relationships, reduce churn risks, and explore upsell opportunities.
- Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting
