Description:
TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Sales department. As a Business Development Manager specializing in FinTech, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the financial technology sector.
Working experience in partnerships management and/or key account management (3-5 years)
- Previous experience working in an international, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in sales in a FinTech as an advantage.
- Ability to build and develop long-lasting relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent English and German, any other European language, is an advantag
Responsibilities:
- Assess new partnership opportunities and establish commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners
- Continuously search for new growth opportunities through partnerships, creating andimplementing new ways of collaboration
- Monitor, evaluate and analyze collaboration results and data
- Creating reports of ongoing operation with partners, monitor and evaluate data
- Collaborate closely with cashback, growth and product teams to define new partnershiprequirements.
- Responsible for arranging and working out the best conditions with partners
