Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of Motor Dealer accounts throughout New Zealand, with the goal of growing KiwiPlates revenue and dealer participation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships.
- Manage and foster existing accounts (small independent and manufacturer dealerships). Implement a structured call cycle to visit top performing dealerships and to touch base with our medium to lower tiered partners.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to motor dealer customers. Respond and resolve dealer enquiries promptly and efficiently within contractual obligations to the NZTA.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts (Dealerships), customer stakeholders (Aftermarket consultants, Finance Manager, Sales Managers and Dealer Principals).
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of KiwiPlates programs and products according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales targets.
- Visit and provide training to key staff within the motor dealer network.
- Maintain a program to encourage and incentivise Dealers to keep KiwiPlates front of mind.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
