Description:

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our garments trading business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans to grow our client base, and managing relationships with existing and potential customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the garments trading industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth objectives.
  • Excellent understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Experience attending trade shows and industry events (a plus).
  • Fluency in English and an additional language (e.g., Arabic, Mandarin) is a strong asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.
