Description:
As the Business Development Manager you will work closely with our General Manager of Operations to identify new business opportunities and partnerships, as well as manage and develop existing partnerships. In addition, you will oversee various marketing projects, working collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies for promoting our fertility services to potential patients.
You will be responsible for driving referrals, patient engagement and ensuring the success of our fertility clinics and fertility specialist. A normal day in this role may see you…
- Connecting with Genea Fertility Specialists (FS), brainstorming ideas for their social media accounts or ways to connect to new referring GPs, or providing their PA new collateral for patient information packs.
- You might then move on to organizing an educational event for GP’s for a FS to present at (choosing the venue, getting invitations to GPs etc) and submitting an application to the RACGP for approval and accreditation of the event for CPD point allocation.
- At midday you could be hosting a succinct and key points reproductive medicine-related education lunch for GP’s at a clinic.
- Then your afternoon may include implementing creative ways to connect with GPs for each FS – perhaps creating a podcast, a demographic-appropriate corporate engagement or a creative resource as a handy reference to GPs of Genea’s services or pre-referral testing.
The role is broad, diverse, and interesting, and you are encouraged to think outside the box!
QUALIFICATIONS
