With a strong foothold in the Italian market, we serve some of the most prominent banks in the country and have recently launched finioo, a real estate software platform managing tenant check and administration.
To enhance our footprint in Germany, we are presently looking for a Business Development Manager (Real Estate Technology/PropTech) who will identify and develop business opportunities for Finioo in Germany.
This is a role with a strong entrepreneurial dimension that is aimed at experienced sales profiles capable of demonstrating agility and goal-oriented mindset, who have already worked in Real Estate Technology/ PropTech/ Real Estate companies in Germany.
This person, based in Berlin, will report to the VP of Sales and will be responsible for building successful partnerships with German clients, acting as a leader in driving commercial excellence in daily operations and project work

Responsibilities:

Creating a portfolio of opportunities through an outbound strategy aimed at acquiring new clients;
Conclude contracts and establish long-term relationships with new clients;
Collaborate with customer success and product teams to optimize the customer experience;
Conduct contract negotiations;
Document key daily activities to ensure high quality reporting;
Provide marketing intelligence regarding competitor activity and market trends.
Requirements
an extensive network of relationships within the real estate industry in Germany (in will be a plus also in other countries);
3/4 years’ experience in business development and sales roles is a must;
experience in Proptech/Real Estate is a must
excellent process and project management skills, as well as possess high-level communication and negotiation skills;
strategic thinking skills;
a positive, enthusiastic and sociable personality;
great adaptability;
solid proficiency in the use of MS Office;
a fluent command of the German language and a good command of English;
Availability for client meetings across Germany.
