THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a moderately experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a great attitude, who is passionate about sales and customer service within the construction sector. Your mission will be to identify new business opportunities and help diversify our client base across civil construction, qualified trades, and warehousing industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities within the construction, civil construction, qualified trades, and warehousing industries.
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
  • Utilise BCI forecasting tools and a warm-lead database to identify and secure potential clients.
  • Collaborate with our Commercial Account Manager in Melbourne to ensure top-notch service delivery.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive the agency’s growth.
