Description:

Reporting directly to the Director, the BDM will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of their condiment category business across assigned South-East Asia and South Asia markets. Focused primarily on their flavor portfolio, this role will lead the sales team in spearheading business development efforts, fostering customer relationships, and capitalizing on market opportunities.

Below are some of the key responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Drive the growth of the condiment category business in the region by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and cultivating strategic partnerships.
  • Sales Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the local sales teams, setting clear targets and objectives, and motivating team members to achieve sales targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for market penetration and differentiation.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and industry partners, to drive collaboration and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Team Development: Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to enhance their skills and capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market share, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
