Responsibilities:
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
- Manage Goodyear’s Go TO MARKET strategy (Retail, Sub-distribution, MM, Car Dealers, e-commerce, bids, etc.). Responsible for the development of new and existing customers in each channel, according to Goodyear’s strategy.
- Develop and implement metrics that can measure the business direction and success, achieving goals.
- Manage the area annual Budget, while maintaining the necessary controls
- Ensure high level of support for PBU’s (Consumer and Commercial) for the correct execution of business expansion plan.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act preparing the business expansion plan and setting goals, and also monitoring the implementation of the opening of new customers, businesses and stores upon the approval of the project by the leadership team.
- Manage the implementation of plans by region and business partners ensuring the best market coverage (white spaces), efficient and aligned to AOP, TMS and SOM.
- Develop a detail strategy in the review of the business expansion plans to ensure the development and investment in the most leveraged and better performance channels
- Work closely with sales people to ensure the implementation of the expansion plans by customer and geographic region.;
- Work with the areas finance, legal, training and marketing to ensure efficient implementation of the expansion plans with new customers and stores.;
- Use the tools and sales engineering reports to feed and strengthen the analysis for a business decision with more assertively possible.;
- Be recognized as a competitive differential for our network, for supporting in choosing the store’s point, for the dissemination of good practices that ensure assertiveness on
- investment.;
- Keep updated with new information and tools that support decision-making for business expansion of Retail/ Wholesale/Distribution / MM /Car Dealers.;
- Develop commercial policy for bids (directly and/or through dealers) to ensure GY presence
