  • Become an expert in the industry, our product, and our restaurateurs.
  • Strive to achieve business goals, aiming for growth and surpassing expectations
  • Build relationships with customers through discovery calls and visits to understand their business obstacles.
  • Effectively present online and in-person demonstrations of Lightspeed to restaurateurs.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Accurately process sales quotes and orders.

What you need to bring:

  • Proven experience in a hospitality sales role, including outbound cold calling and meeting sales quotas.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process.
  • Ability to generate leads and utilise your hospitality network to create new business opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of consultative, solution-based sales both in person and over the phone.

  • Flexible working policy
  • Work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 60 days per year
  • Health and wellness benefit of $500 per year
