The role: As a territory sales manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies and plans for your assigned territory.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and leads/
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Reporting on sales performance and market trends.
- Collaborating with other sales managers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Outdoor Furniture sector.
- Willing to travel regularly around New Zealand, to visit existing and future clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- A customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- A high level of initiative, self-motivation and accountability.
- Proficiency in MS Office
