BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES
As a Business Development Manager for a condominium property management company, your primary objective is to drive growth and expand the company’s client base within the condominium market segment. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and promoting the company’s property management services. This role requires a strategic approach to business development, strong networking skills, and a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of condominiums.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the property management or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of condominium operations, regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
