• Key responsibilities:
• Negotiate and source for new content partnerships globally;
• Design and implement strategies for content partnerships to secure new accounts and expand market presence;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential content partners;
• Engage directly with content partners and system integrators, presenting to senior management to secure support for proposed solutions;
• Coordinate with internal teams from different departments to ensure the delivery of proposed solutions and potential sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably in content business and social media.
• Facilitator of the English and Hindi content. Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.
• Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Work closely with key stakeholders within the organisation.
• Strong data management and analysis skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team in fast-paced environment.
