- $120, 000 - $140, 000 + Super + Bonus

- Support a team of business development associates
Our Client is an Insurance company that specialise in the medical and professional indemnity space. They are Australian owned and growing at an incredibly fast pace, with many exciting opportunities arising in the horizon nationwide.
They are expanding their Sydney team and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity, this person will play a vital role in the success and growth of the business.
You:
- 5+ years in business development and 2+ years experience managing a team.
- Background in the insurance industry is preferred but not essential
- Tier 2 education level license or willingness to work towards one
- Degree in Marketing or Business related field
- A passion to grow and support the team
The role:
- You will sit within the Marketing & Growth team and will report into the Head of Marketing and Growth
- Manage a team of 4 Business Development Associates
- A combination of on the road and office based
- Identify new business opportunities
- Serve as a brand ambassador representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and reputation
- Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for team members, regularly monitoring progress
Responsibilities:
