About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will identify potential customers, qualify leads, and nurture relationships to drive sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new business through daily high-volume activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Researching assigned targets and reaching out with tested value propositions to qualify prospective customers.
  • Coordinating with Marketing to track, assess, and qualify omnichannel leads.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to schedule effective demonstrations, meetings, and build pipeline.
  • Identifying suitable prospects and navigating company structures to identify key decision makers.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and managing client and prospect data.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of working successfully in a business development role in a challenging and commercially driven B2B sales environment
  • Strong and proven negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining excellent customer relationships
  • Applied knowledge of best practice sales techniques, including negotiation, presentation skills and general communication
  • Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Be a self-starter attitude with a proven work ethic and goal-exceeding history.
