Description:
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Build business by proactively identifying, contacting and converting leads in-line with company goals and set targets
- Network and attend meetings with Law Firms to discuss our USP’s
- Accountable and ownership of own workflows, including time management, accurate reporting and delivery of information in line with agreed processes and regulations
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-line with company values
- Build Key Relationships with Law Firms, case handlers, solicitors across the UK
- Supervise a team of Probate Case Handlers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback against established KPI’s and SLA’s
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss case progress, address issues, share updates and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and service.
- Adhere to Quality Management guidelines, as directed, in line with the framework of ISO 9001.
ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience of Business Development Warm/Cold
- A strong Rapport builder
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of surpassing sales targets
- Knowledge of property, house buying and probate processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability, flexibility & resilience
- Ability to work proactively
- The ability to work autonomously
